We created a renovation system designed to give our customers the most positive project experience. Explore it in detail:

1. Initial Review

To begin, you’ll join us for a scheduled consultation with a director from our project review and planning team, where we’ll walk you through every step of your renovation. We outline the scope of work, compose a list of materials we’ll use during your remodel and lay out your projected project timeline.

2. Project Approval

We’ll send you a copy of the scope of work record we previously reviewed with you. Once you receive the digital document, we ask that you read through it to confirm all material selections and installation details are correct before accepting the terms with your electronic signature.

3. Material Ordering and Delivery

After you submit your approval, we’ll order all materials outlined in your contract and personally store them in our facility. Once we receive all required materials, we’ll deliver them to you on-site. Make sure to set aside space in your home or garage.

4. On-Site Renovations

Our installation team will arrive at your home between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to start your bathroom remodel and will leave between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Your project manager will give you a call before your estimated start date to update you on the exact day you can expect us.

Though you aren’t required to be at the house during your renovations, you’re allowed to stay and watch if you wish.
